Standard Warranty

Every Panasonic Arbitrator 360°™ HD comes standard with a three-year limited warranty. An Arbitrator 360° HD Extended Warranty provides additional years of coverage. The Extended Warranty prolongs coverage with the same renowned Panasonic services, making it easy to keep Arbitrator 360° HD units in the field longer.

Extended Warranty

The extended warranty covers all of the system components in the same manner as the standard warranty, depending on the plan selected. Coverage is for failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. All system components are covered under the extended warranty, except consumable items. Protection Plus

All system components, except consumable items, are covered by Protection Plus. Consumable items include security key, camera cap, mounting pads, etc. The program covers up to one major failure per unit, per year, for the VPU, control panel and camera. When necessary, Panasonic will repair or replace the unit with a model of equal or greater value.

If an Arbitrator is accidentally damaged, call Technical Support 1-877-272-6166. The Arbitrator Services team will assess the damage and arrange for the next-business-day delivery (within the United States) of a replacement component at no charge.
